dc.description.abstract | Our study aims to define the subject of engagement or berthoral is a promise of marriage , as will as the time periode between the request for marriage and the marriage contract sharing is not the same as dating , during this period, the couple is said to be engaged , mixed , married , or simply engaged .future brides and grooms can be called betrothed , wife, or husband –wife , betrothed , respectively. The duration of the engagement varies greatly, and depends to a long extent on cultural standards or on the agreement of the paties concemed, with reference to the Algerian family code, we find it permissible to abandon the engagement by stipulating in Article 05 of ordinance 02 of February 27-2005, that the engagement is a promise of marriage ,and each of the two parties to abandon it , hence the tortuous responsibility to reduce the phenomenon of arbitrariness in abandoning the sermon. | en_US |
