Abstract

_Throughourstudy of the subject and trying to determine all the rightsitgrants to the child and my exclusion of all the various provisions of Islamiclaw, and the rights of society as two main references for the judge to research and the childfrom all the rightsgranted to the child and ensurehisinterest, the future of the family and are linked, representation of the child and ensuringits protection From the family, whichrepresents the first building block for the emergence of thisweakcreature. Fromthis point of view, we have divided the subject of ourstudyintotwochapters. The first chapterisconsidered the introductorychapterentitled the conceptualframework for the rights of the child, in which the childwasdefined and hislinguistic, idiomatic, and legal concept wasdefined, as well as the legalpersonality of the child, and the statusheenjoysat the international level And the national. As for the second chapter, itwasdividedinto all the rightsgranted to the child in all his cases, whetherhewaswithhisfamily, or in the case of the divorce of two parents, and in the death of one of his parents. Therefore, the rights of the child are considered an integral part of humanrights, whichiswhyIslamic Sharia and international law have worked to protectthem.
