dc.description.abstractThe solidarity company is the ideal model for a group of people with clear personal consideration and natural trust between them, which consists mostly of persons whose know and trust each other . In our memory, we studied the establishment of the solidarity company in the first chapter and its management in chapter 2 . The solidarity company is the first and the most prevalent in practice because it is suitable for the limited commerailisat of a few partners with personal ties such as kinship, friendship or knowledge .en_US
