Abstract

.We will discuss through this research the study of the mechanisms of legal protection for the patent in Algerian law, as it is one of the most important issues of intellectual property in general and industrial property in particular, because of its great practical importance due to the important role it plays in achieving industrial and economic progress for countries. Therefore, we will try through this study to shed light on the most important aspects related to the patent, by dividing it into two chapters.
