Abstract

It is not surprising that most States are increasingly interested in the i ssue of industrial ownership, especially with regard to the inventions that form the backbone of each State's power and its source of develo pment and progress. To increase its production and to defray its will, and then to improve its financial budget to place itself in the ranks of the developed industrialized countries.
