dc.description.abstractE-commerce is one of the most transactions in the field of the digital environment, considering it is a knowledge economy in itself. Therefore, countries have rushed to develop their institutions, administrative activities and legal transactions in the electronic virtual world, and by adopting the electronic government that allows customers to conduct electronic transactions through the Internet service that through similar means as Electronic payment methods and tools are used and are codified in Algerian legislation, such as Law No. 18-05 relating to electronic commerce, Law 15-04 related to authentication and signature, and other national legislation.en_US
