Abstract

The acquired right is closely linked to the administrative decision, considering that the latter is the effective means and place for the conduct of administrative activity, and the administration must respect and not prejudice the acquired right of individuals by respecting the principle of non-retroactiveness of the administrative decision and not violating it, through the authority of withdrawal and administrative cancellation, and in the event of a decision by the administration that affects the right to address the decision to resort to the competent judiciary by filing the case of annulment and compensation if it results in damage between the issuance of Decision and decision to cancel it.
