Abstract

The issue of environmental management control is a new topic, so we find interest in it raises many questions, and with the increase in environmental legislation and the increasing interest in protecting the environment, whether at the national or international level, we decided to study part of it, which are the mechanisms or tools that are used in the field of environmental protection, and this study is Limited to the administrative control authorities in this field. The study aims to highlight the role of management at the national and local levels as a legal control mechanism for pollution and the role of administrative control in the field of environmental protection. It also aims to clarify what other alternatives have achieved in terms of tools and approaches to adapt to the problem of the environment and achieve a treatment that is more compatible with the environment
