dc.description.abstractThe contract of gift of real estate is for the donor to give away free of charge real estate he owns for the benefit of the donor. The material element of the gift is the act of the giver's irreplaceable bereavement, and its moral element is the donor's intent to donate. There are several substantive and formal conditions for the real estate gift contract, which are the consent, the place, the reason, the possession and the official, and the real estate ownership must be transferred under the gift contract that the latter is subject to the registration and real estate registration procedures. As a result of the gift a set of obligations on the contracting parties, the most important of which fall on the shoulders of the donor. It also gives the donor the right to withdraw from the gift within the conditions set by the law. The implementation of the real estate gift contract may result in disputes that are presented in one of the cases, to be adjudicated in accordance with the lawen_US
