Abstract

The leasefinancingcontractis one of the most modern financingmethodsthatavoids the obstacles and risks of traditionalfinancing, such as the loan, purchase in installments, and others. Among the advantagesachieved by the leasecontract for its parties on the one hand, and the economies of countries in general, is a prominentrole in itsspread in the majority of developed and developing countries. It isconsidered one of the least riskyfinancingmethods for the financier compared to otherfinancingmethods, and providesprojectswith the full financingnecessary to expand and developtheiractivity or create new investments. It contributes to advancingeconomicdevelopment by increasing the number of projects and creating new job opportunities
