In this research, the question of the legal regime of diplomatic missions was addressed, given its importance in the field of public international law, where the status of the State in the international community is highlighted through its international relations, whether with other countries or organizations through their diplomatic missions. The first chapter deals with the notion of diplomatic mission and the regime of its immunities and privileges. As for the second chapter, we have dealt with the transformations that occur in the diplomatic representation, in particular its tasks, which lead to the end of the diplomatic mission, and the effects thereof. The research concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that the legal organization of diplomatic missions is mainly subject to the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic Relations and Special Missions of 1961 and 1962, where the latter included strict legal provisions to a large extent, but this organization still suffers from some shortcomings which should be amended.en_US
