Abstract

The endowment is considered one of the doors of goodness and one of the doors of Islamic legislation and a group of total donations, so what is the need of Islamic societies for endowments in this era and that the best care and care are all aspects of the country from the cities and villages and all the fields of life in them, and is not limited to mosques, hospitals and schools on the one hand and not the other . The endowment is considered one of the chapters of Algerian legislation through legal and regulatory texts, as the issue of endowing the institutions of the saints (the shrines), was not a sponsor of the greatest issue, which is the issue of autism, which is the singling out of God in worship, as no matter how inflated the works, ranks and degrees because it can only be achieved by monotheism. In order to ensure the survival and continuity of the waqf property, and the perpetual use of it is dependent on the actions that are given to it.
