Abstract

In this thesis,we dealt with one of the important topics related to the establishment of the family ,namely, the defects that affect consent in the marriage contract , by addressing in the first chapter the pillar of consent , the availability of which is the basis for concluding the marriage contract in all its aspects of concepts as well as the elements present in it to the methods of expression on consent in the marriage contract. In the second chaptre .we touched upon the defects that affect consent in the marriage contract , namely coercion, error and fraud, which entail the penalty for nullity, as they affect the component of consent in the marriage contract .
