Abstract

In light of the changes that the world has expe rienced since the emergence of the Corona virus Covid -19 and its spread among all countries, its economic and social repercussions have begun to be significant and influential at the global and national levels, as the outbreak of the epidemic imposed violations of human rights in all fields, especially in terms of freedom and health and other violations that occurred due to this pandemic, and what the outbreak of the epidemic imposed on taking a package of precautionary measures and measures represented in “isolation, quarantine, social distancing, ban on travel, and the complete closure of all state institutions: schools, universities, companies, factories, places of entertainment and tourism companies” negatively affected the economies of all countries of the world, and entered the global system into a state of stagnation that resulted in an impact on the economic and social system that affected all countries of the world, as it is certain that any crisis which the world goes through collectively leaves its effects on everyone despite the disparity of these effects between a country and another according to their economic and political conditions. In the context of this situation, international governments have taken a package of commitments, decisions and measures to confront the crisis at the economic and health care levels, which led to economic and social repercussions that affected the world as a whole, especially human rights in a negative rather than positive way or based on a society free of violations and for governments to allow the return to work for a safe and prosperous world
