Abstract

International trade has become at the present time a very influential and important element for the development and prosperity of countries, in addition to this, it plays a key role in terms of international relations, and of course, the field of foreign trade is not without disputes, and in order to maintain friendly relations between countries, security, and Global peace, there are legal mechanisms imposed on the conflicting parties in the field of international trade in order to resort to them to resolve their disputes, and these mechanisms are represented in the International Court of Justice and International Commercial Arbitration, and the parties choose the most appropriate for them.
