Abstract

The study amis to aims to introduce diplomacy and address its types and the most imprtant principles adopted by algerian diplomacy as a major player in resolving crises neighboring countries, similar to the crises of Libya and Mali, by Virtue of their common geographical borders, And the need to maintain security and stability within the region, as we discussed the study of each from the two crises separately, by identifying the causes and nature of each crisis to arrive at a position algerian diplomacy from them and how it relied on the mediation mechanism as a diplomatic method it seeks to solve crises ans is based on providing a forum for the conflicting parties and the parties by siting at the negotiating table and bringing of view closer to arriving at satisfatory solution all parties.
