dc.description.abstract | This study started from the question, "What is the nature of the relationship of the organizational environment with the activities of the Algerian institution?" To answer this question, the following hypotheses were constructed: - The administrative elements have a fundamental role in activating the technical arrangement in the local public agencies for social insurance in the municipality of Adrar. - The physical elements have a fundamental role in activating the management system in the local public agencies for social insurance in the municipality of Adrar. The administrative elements have a fundamental role in activating the management system in the local public agencies for social insurance in the municipality of Adrar. The study aimed at the following: - Trying to find out the relationship that links the dimensions of each of the study variables with each other. The pursuit of knowledge of the relationship between the administrative elements in the technical format. - Trying to find out the relationship between the physical elements in the management pattern. An attempt to create a relationship between the administrative elements and the management system. The public social security agencies of the municipality of Adrar were chosen as the field of study, represented by three local agencies: the National Fund for Social Security for Wage Workers, and the National Fund for Social Insurance for Non-Wage Workers, And the National Retirement Fund, where a comprehensive survey was conducted on it together, where the number of workers among them reached 133. In order to implement the study, the descriptive method was used in the study because it has the ability to describe the phenomenon as it is in reality. As for data collection tools, the questionnaire was used as a tool Key in gathering information from the studied field, and the interview as an aid in gathering information in order to delve into and obtain additional information that would contribute to enriching the results of the study. The study concluded a set of results as follows: The existence of a weak direct relationship between the administrative and technical coordination elements, with a correlation coefficient of 0.47. The presence of a weak direct relationship between the physical elements and the routing pattern with a weak correlation coefficient of 0.42. The existence of a strong direct relationship between the administrative elements and the management system, with a strong correlation coefficient of 0.70. Consequently, the first and second hypotheses are weakly achieved on the ground, and on the other hand the third hypothesis is achieved in a strong way on the ground, meaning that the regulatory environment contributes to achieving the effectiveness of social security agencies in a weak way. Through the conclusions reached, the study came out with a set of recommendations, including: -Preparing studies similar to the current study on Algerian institutions outside the framework of social security agencies, to identify the reality of the effectiveness of these institutions and their relationship with the regulatory environment. -The necessity of making fundamental changes in the work environment of social security agencies in line with developments at the national and international levels. Activating the role of workers in social security agencies in participating in management. -Giving workers a certain freedom of how to carry out the tasks assigned to them. The participation of all workers of the social security agencies in the meetings that take place in them, without limiting them to a specific category of workers, so that all workers are aware of what is happening within their work environment. | en_US |
