Abstract

The reflection of strategic planning on improving the process of organizational development in sports institutions a field study in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Biskra master's note University of Biskra 2023 This study aimed to identify the reflection of strategic planning on improving the organizational development process at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Biskra and to identify the different opinions of the study sample about the reflection of strategic planning on improving the process of organizational development where the researcher used the descriptive approach in an analytical manner and the study sample consisted of 36 administratively and to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire consisting of 3 domains was used the first domain of the strategic vision as a positive reflection in improving the organizational development process the second domain of the strategy message a positive reflection in improving the organizational development process the third domain of strategic objectives a positive reflection in improving the organizational development process And each area consists of 7 paragraphs and the results show that strategic planning has a positive impact on improving the organizational development process as it has a major role in improving the organizational development process in sports institutions through the performance of its work in an organized and accurate manner and an economy of time effort and money as well as the use of elements Strategic planning is a positive reflection in creating an organizational environment by carrying out administrative work that is commensurate with the nature of the tasks and jobs of workers in sports institutions and motivating them
