dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to reveal the most important factors leading to cyberbullying from the point of view of sociology students at the University of Kheidar Biskra, since this phenomenon has spread terribly among young people in the category that most uses the Internet and social networking sites, with the brothers of others, and accordingly the main question of the study came in: What are the most important factors Leading to electronic bullying from the university student's point of view? Three questions emerged from it: What are the most important self-factors that lead to cyberbullying from the university student's point of view? - What are the most important family factors that lead to cyberbullying from the university student's point of view? - What are the most important technological factors that lead to cyberbullying from the university student's point of view? In order to answer these questions, we carried out a set of methodological procedures based on the descriptive survey approach and the use of the electronic questionnaire form as a basic tool for data collection. After presenting and analyzing the data, the results of the study concluded that the most important self-factors that lead to cyberbullying from the university student’s point of view are (drawing attention, controlling others, lack of self-confidence...), as for the most important family factors, we find (conflicts and family problems, Parents’ lack of control over their children, the influence of the group of friends, ..), and with regard to technological factors, we find (the negative use of social networking sites, the negative impact of electronic games, scenes of violence and movies, .....), In general, these factors were a major focus in the emergence of cyberbullying behavior, which has negative effects on the individual and society as a wholeen_US
