dc.description.abstract | This study aims to highlight the most prominent training and its relationshipto job performance in the public hospital institution,Dr.SaadaneBiskra , considering that training is an essential processing improving the job performance of workers .On this basis ,we conducted a field study on the sample. From the study population, which is a group of semi-medical workers in the institution, and this study relied on the descriptive approach, and based on this, we prepared questioners that were distributed to 35 individuals from the sample, when 33 questionnaires were answered and 2 were not answered. ملخص الدراسة 102 Then we filled out the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program in order to analyze and interpreted them .And through the results obtained, it was clear to us .The extent of the success and importance of the training programs in improving the level of the job performance of workers in the public hospital institution,Dr.Saadane. | en_US |
