dc.description.abstractOur investigation aimed to reveal the role played by organizational culture in promoting administrative empowerment in GUEDILA mineral water institution in Biskra، and based on the variables of the study، we have dealt with the following main question: What is the role of organizational culture in promoting administrative empowerment? This is done by monitoring three indicators of organizational culture variables (organizational values، organizational procedures، communication pattern) as well as administrative empowerment indicators (participation in decision-making، delegation of authority، skills development) through that the following sub-questions emerged: 1. Have the Organizational values a role in activating the process of participation in decision-making? 2. Does regulatory procedures play a role in strengthening the delegation of authority? 3. Does the communication style followed in the organization play a role in the development and development of employees' skills?en_US
