dc.description.abstract | This study sought to find out how organizational creativity contributes to the achievement of work quality in the Qudeilah Mineral Water Corporation in the state of Biskra. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a special questionnaire form was designed to collect data. It was distributed in a stratified sampling manner on a sample of workers, whose size was estimated at 40 individuals. Statistical analysis of the data was used after Emptying and tabulating them, and using frequencies and percentages. The study concluded that there is an effective contribution of organizational creativity in achieving the quality of work. The study reached the following results: - Sensitivity to problems effectively contributes to achieving work quality by having an accurate vision of professional problems, realizing the causes of problems, and having special plans to face crises. - Communication channels contribute to achieving work quality by accepting dissenting opinions, submitting suggestions, and adopting the principle of consultation, participation and motivation, as this leads to strengthening trust between workers and officials. - Risk contributes to achieving the quality of work through the initiative to apply new ideas and methods, the ability to do difficult work, and the organization's possession of a risk measurement system | en_US |
