Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impedes that working woman in the night may face، that's why the study depends on the following questions: What are the impedes that comes from night work for the woman’s that works in the medical section What are the internal obstacles that woman face during her night work in the health section What are the external obstacles that woman face during her night work in the health section This study used the descriptive approach as is the appropriate way to study the scientific phenomena and problems، which meant to be used the most in social and human sciences to describe the investigated phenomena، while for gathering data tools we used a questionnaire as the main the main tool that was applied on the study community in the way of stratified sample that was applied on the workers of university hospital institution Ben flis touhami wilaya of Batna، which was about 57 worker( Doctor_ Midwife and Nurse) and the results were as follow: The study shows the obstacles that night working woman face in the medical section. It also shows the danger that night working woman face in the medical institution.
