dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to find out the relationship between self-bliss and organizational flexibility among workers and the sample was from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Khider – Biskra, using the method of a comprehensive survey of the study population of (43) workers, the problem of research was a set of questions about the nature of the relationship between the independent variable (self-blissfulness) with its six dimensions (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal development, positive relationships, goal of life, and selfacceptance) and the dependent variable ( Organizational flexibility) with Its four dimensions (operational flexibility, human resources flexibility, strategic flexibility, and organizational structure flexibility) . To analyze the research problem, the descriptive correlational approach was adopted, and the research included a main hypothesis represented in the existence of a statistically significant correlation between self-bliss and organizational flexibility, from which four partial hypotheses emerged, all of which were subjected to statistical tests . To measure self-happiness and organizational resilience, the Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale and Questionnaire were adopted as a tool to measure organizational resilience and to process data . The following statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha for honesty and stability, and torsion and flattening measures). The statistical program (spssV20) was used . The most prominent results of the study were the existence of a positive correlation and significant significance between the variables of self-bliss and organizational flexibility (at the level of significance less than or equal to 0.01) . | en_US |
