dc.description.abstract | The current study aimed to clarify the relationship between administrative transparency and organizational justice from the point of view of university professors, by asking a basic question for the study represented in: - What is the relationship between administrative transparency and organizational justice from the point of view of university professors? The questionnaire was chosen to collect data from the respondents and use the descriptive approach because it is most appropriate for the current study. The study reached the following results: The existence of a relationship between administration and justice from the point of view of university professors. The existence of an administrative relationship between Eben and the fairness of distributions from the viewpoint of university professors. - The existence of a relationship between the existence of the academy and the fairness of the procedures from the point of view of university professors.
