dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between electronic management and job performance improvement - Directorate of Social Services for Education Workers in Biskra - by researching the level of application of the State Committee for Social Services for electronic management and the extent of its contribution to improving job performance. In this study، we used the descriptive approach based on the sample of the comprehensive survey، where the questionnaire was applied to collect the data applied to a sample of 33 individuals of administrative staff of various ranks، and we relied on statistical methods: descriptive statistics، arithmetic mean، standard deviation، Pearson correlation coefficient to analyze the data statistically.en_US
