This study aimed to identify personality traits in vitiligo patients and their level of alexithymia. We used the clinical case-study approach on three cases, where we applied the semi-guided clinical interview, the scale of the five major factors of personality of Costa and Macri adapted to the Algerian environment by Achaoui and the Toronto scale (for alexithymia TAS_20) adapted to the Algerian environment by Bouchoucha and Naït Abdeslam. The results of the study showed: - Vitiligo patients have personality traits that distinguish them from others represented in the neurotic trait, which is the dominant feature over other traits. - The results of the study also showed that the first and second cases have a high level of alexithymia and the third case has an average level of alexithymia.en_US
