This research examined the aesthetics of the place in the Algerian novel “Bougaroun” by the author Hanan Berkani. We have tried to explore the concept of place in this novel, in both of its open and closed forms, by describing one of the main components, as well as the basic components of the narrative. Moreover, we regard place as the mainstay upon which the rest of the narrative depends given its inherent beauty , intimacy and uniqueness. This research is divided into three chapters: an introduction and two chapters .In the introduction, we explore the concept of place and aesthetics, focusing on the meaning of place and its relationship to aesthetics. We also discuss terms related to place and why they are important in novelist corpus. Furthermore, the first chapter we discussed the opened place's aesthetic and the second one speaks about the aesthetics of the opened placeen_US
