Abstract

In our topic, we have discussed one aspect of deviations in contrastive poetry, which is morphological deviation. This deviation is considered as one of the types of deviations that transition from one morphological form to another, resulting in a shift in meaning. The study aimed to identify the different types of this deviation and investigate its causes. The types of deviation include deviation in nouns and deviation in verbs. The causes of deviation include rhythmic purpose, semantic purpose, and communicative purpose. These are the main points covered in the theoretical aspect of the study. As for the applied aspect, the study examines the different forms of morphological deviation in contrastive poetry and their semantic impact.
