Abstract

The reason that makes me choosethis research is the type importance of education in the penat inflitution as a way for reformation and refinement the behavior and for decreasing illiteracy and publishing culture. So that my research intitled as: education or learning the Arabic activities in the penal institution in the third year of secondry and My research aims to know the reality of education in the penal institution in one side, in the other side the reality of teaching Arabic activities in the some place the third year in the lycee as an example. At the end we can declare that the program followed in the penal institutions is the same the educational institution put by the ministry of education.
