dc.description.abstract | In this research, we tried to study the phenomenon of verbal acts in the educational process. in particular in the teaching of Arabiclanguage activities to elementary sophomore, By communicating with the learner, the teacher selects a number of verbal acts. And then the learner is expected to actually do something. Or answer a question, persuasive and influential in order to achieve communication and mutual interaction between the parties of the educational process (Teacher-learner), this study was based on the extraction of verbal acts of their kinds and purposes, relying on Searle's division of the five categories of acts: News, instructions, promises, expressions, advertisements. This study focused on tracking the use of actions and how they are presented in educational activities. This is what we aimed to do through our research labeled "Applications of Speech Act Theory to teach Arabic-language activities to pupils of the year elementary second".
