dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the relationship between the teachingmethodsused and the personal characteristics of the teachers from the viewpoint of the inspectors. One of them measures the teaching methods and the other measures the personal characteristics of the teachers. We have used the construction of this scale from some previous studies, and the psychometric properties of the two scales have been confirmed, and we have relied on the descriptive approach. The results of the study indicated: - There is a correlation between one dimension of the teaching methods scale (the method of delivery) with a dimension of the dimensions of the personal traits scale (external traits). - There is no statisticallysignificantcorrelationbetween the remaining dimensions of the teachingmethodsscale (discussion method and problem-solvingmethod) with all dimensions of the personal traits scale. - Where these result swerer each edusing the correlation coefficient (Pearson) through thestatisticalpackage"spss"en_US
