Abstract

This study deals with the subject of liquid surveillance representations in digital media and itsrelation ship to the privacy of users' social life from the perspective of sociologist Sigmund Baumann, who isconsidered one of the mostprominentpostmodernphilosophersdistinguished by hiscriticalapproach to modernitysystems and relatedphenomenadespitehis first affiliation to thiscurrent, by conducting a survey on a sample of students of media and communication sciences using Facebook and Instagram at Mohamed KhiderUniversity - Biskra - with the aim of interpreting and clarifying visions about the phenomenon of digita surveillance thatpenetratedinto the smallestdetails of private life And social for theseuserswithseveralnames: surveillance, follow-up, intrusion, tracking, tracking, monitoring and others, all of which are concepts thatindicateliquidity and openness to otherworlds.
