To achieve these goals and to embody the research problem, a number of theoretical and field chapters were relied upon to answer the problem of the study stemming from the following main question: How does Total Quality of Management activate the occupational health and safety system in the Algerian industrial enterprise? Through it, the following questions arise: 1- What is the role of awareness and motivation at work in preventing workers from getting diseases and accidents? 2- What is the role of training workers on quality in reducing workers’ injury to diseases and accidents? 3- What is the role of involving workers in avoiding workers getting sick and accidents? 4- What is the role of management’s attention to quality in preventing workers from getting diseases and accidents? In order to proceed with the study in a sound scientific and methodical manner, the general hypothesis and four sub-hypotheses were formulated, and they serve as preliminary tentative answers to the previous questions emanating from the problem of the study, and they are as follows: The general hypothesis: "Total quality management activates the occupational health and safety system in the Algerian industrial enterprise". In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the study relied on the descriptive approach, and on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, in addition to observation and interview, and the documents of the institution as complementary tools in the process of monitoring some phenomena that help in the analysis, and in order to gain familiarity with more accurate data, the random stratified sample was adopted to represent its percentage 70%, and based on a set of statistical methods, description and inference, the following sub-conclusions were reached: Awareness and motivation at work prevents, by 87.50%, the injury of workers to diseases and accidents. Training workers on quality reduces by 56.25% of workers' injury to diseases and accidents. Involving the workers in the opinion, by a rate of 68.75% of workers' injury to diseases and accidents.
