dc.description.abstractThe study dealt with "The use of modern technology and its impact on human resources management", "A field study on a sample of managers of educational institutions in the city of Djelfa". The study aimed to know the impact of the use of modern technology on human resources management, and to know the level of use of modern technology in its various dimensions (software, networks and data, devices and means) of managers of educational institutions. Also know the relationship between the use of modern technology and human resources management functions (HR planning, HR recruitment, HR composition, HR performance assessment, wages and incentives) of the managers of educational institutions. And whether there are differences in the level of use of modern technology among managers of educational institutions to variables (sex, age, scientific qualification, experience, family status), where the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data through two measures: The current study was based on the analytical descriptive curriculum. The current research community included all managers of educational institutions at the expense of educational institutions (primary, Middle School and secondary). The study sample size was 103 managers, of which 85 were male and 18 female. The basic study sample size represented 60.9% of the study community. The sample was chosen in a random, intentional manner, because it fits the nature and type of research, so that the study community is somewhat known and small, it gives the researcher equal opportunities for all units to represent the original community of the studyen_US
