Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of ethical leadership in organizational support, “a case study of professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences” - Mohamed Kheidar University in Biskra - where we distributed questionnaires to all 45 of them through several field visits, and we relied on the descriptive approach in addressing This research aims to reach the results of the study, and to analyze the data, several statistical methods were used, including: descriptive statistics measures, multiple regression analysis, etc. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the level of the moral dimension of leadership and organizational support was low according to the research scale, and there is a statistically significant role for the dimension of personal ethics of leadership on organizational support. Organizational support) sourced from the independent variable (the moral dimension of leadership). The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: Involving professors in expressing opinions or participating in setting goals, this creates a kind of sense of importance in the college, educating officials in colleges about the need to adhere to the principles of ethical leadership and work on applying them for their important role in developing the capabilities of professors.
