dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to find out the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction among employees at Al Baraka Mills; zariba Valley-Biskra.in order to achieve this, the form was used as a data collection tool and was divided into two parts. The first section included personal and functional characteristics. The second section includes two axes. The first axis is represented by the independent variable, which is transformational leadership; it was measured through four dimensions: (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual arousal, individual considerations). the second axis was represented in the dependent variable, which is job satisfaction, it was measured through five dimensions (pay, job content, promotion, workgroup, physical conditions of work), where the study included 60 individuals, and for data analysis the statistical package of Social Sciences was used (SPSS v 22), the study reached a number of results, the most important of which: 1. That the level of Transformational Leadership Practice at Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Biskra, has reached a high level. 2. The level of job satisfaction among the employees of Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Biskra, was high. 3. There is a statistically significant effect of the ideal effect on job satisfaction among employees of Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Biskra. 4. There is a statistically significant effect of the inspirational incentive on job satisfaction among employees at Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Biskra. 5. There is a statistically significant effect of intellectual arousal on job satisfaction among employees at Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Sakra. 6. There is a statistically significant impact of individual consideration on job satisfaction among employees of Al-Baraka Mills, zariba al-Wadi, Biskra.en_US
