dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to identify the impact of training in improving the performance of human resources and the financial control institutions of the state and municipalities were selected in BISKRA in order to study the case, where a random sample was selected from the various employees and administrators of the institutions, where (50) questionnaires were distributed through field visits to the institutions in question, and this became the number of questionnaires valid for analysis Statistician (34) questionnaire we have used the analytical descriptive approach to obtain results, relying on some statistical methods to analyze the data. After statistical analysis, the study found that each of the dimensions of the composition of the training programmes, the component and the evaluation of the training process, were highly present among the staff of the financial control institutions of the state and municipalities of BISKRA, and the results of the study showed that the level of human resources performance in these institutions is high, the study also found that the dimension of the component has a statistically significant impact on improving the performance of human resources, while both the aftermath of the training programmes and the evaluation of the training process have no statistically significant impact on improving the performance of human resources.
