Abstract: Thepurpose of this research is identify the nature of the relati onship between the oeganizataonal climate and woek pressures,by knwing the nature of tge prevailing climate in theSonelgaz -OULED E DJLELLE-on the one hand ,and measuring the level of pressures among the xorkers and employees of the directorate on the one hand. In order to achieve the objectives of the research،we used a form to collect data,which was distributed to a sample of 40 workers,and the spss program was used in the statical analysis of the data ،and the study reached a number of results،the most important of which are : Rejecting the null hypothesis and accpting the alternative ‘’there is a significant relationship to the organizational climate and work pressures in the Sonelgaze Directorate –OULEDE DJLELLEThe study also reached a set of suggestions ,including strengthening and strengthening relations between superiors and suborbinates,activating social relations,providing an open work environment to reduce work pressures on them,increasing loyalty and commitment to the organization, improving and creating an appropriate work environment that enhancrs the organizational climate among workers,improving their knowledge and striving to develop their capabilities and motivation to work,and striving to achieve a climate that gelps them belong to their place of work
