Abstract

The study aimed to find out the level of quality of working life and the level of work pressures in the real estate agency for the management and organization of urban real estate - Biskra -. And highlighting the impact of the quality of working life in its various dimensions on the work pressures of the workers in the real estate agency for the management and organization of urban real estate - Biskra -. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was conducted for 50 employees. Moreover, SPSS software was used in the data analysis stage.
