dc.description.abstractThis Study attrempat to test and measure the importance of administrative leadership in its three dimensios ( participatory leadership, transactional leadership, and transformational leadership ) in activating and bringing about organizational change managment. The methodolgy of the study is represented in the descriptive analytical applied to a case study in the Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate in Biskra Province .To achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was used to collect primary data .It included (26) items, distributed on 4/12/2023 to a random sample of workers estimated B 40, while the seconday information consisated of a group of books, university theses , and some articales and studies . And the data was processed using the SPSS program and based on the results of the study, we concluded that there is a statistically significant significance of the administrative leadership in activating the managemnt of organizational change .and specificity of the case in which it took place, but this does not prevent the prevent the presentation of som other reserch horizons, including : the impact of transformational leadership in achieving creaativity, competency management and its role in achieving change.en_US
