Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of strategic agility in crisis management at the Banyan Mineral Water Corporation - Biskra. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used. Where the study population consisted of all individuals working in the establishment numbering (60) workers, and (40) questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of workers, and (37) questionnaires were retrieved from them, as the statistical package (Spss) was used to analyse data and test hypotheses. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Strategic agility has a role in crisis management in the Banyan Mineral Water Corporation - Biskra, the study also found a role for strategic sensitivity in crisis management, as well as a role for the leadership unit in crisis management, and also a role for resource fluidity in crisis management. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the establishment of a special department concerned with crisis management at the Banyan Mineral Water Corporation -Biskra, holding training courses on how to manage crises for the employees of the institution, and the need for clear instructions for the employees of the institution specifying how to Dealing with crises
