dc.description.abstractThis study came as one of the fields of strategic management as it aims to highlight the reality of strategic agility in its dimensions (strategic response, core capabilities, strategic sensitivity, collective commitment) in light of Covid 19 in telecommunications institutions and a group of tourism agencies in the state of Biskra, and their number was 10 institutions in total. The sample consisted of 31 respondents. The descriptive method was used in this study based on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. It was processed using SPSS V25.Through this study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of strategic agility in light of Covid 19 and its dimensions was high in the institutions under study, and that there are differences between the telecommunications sector and the tourism sector in their level of strategic sensitivity, and these differences came in favor of the telecommunications sectoren_US
