dc.description.abstractThis study was aimed at knowing the impact of strategic vigilance on the strategic performance of the Original Mills Foundation (Sidi okba), and the target study community was made up of the Principal's administrative workers, Sidi Aqaba. (50) Factor, we adopted a comprehensive survey method where we distributed the questionnaires to them through several field visits and recovered 35 valid statistical analysis questionnaires. We also relied on the descriptive approach in processing this research to access the results of the study. For the analysis of the data, several statistical methods were relied on: metrics of statistics, multiple regression analysis... etc. The study found several findings, the most important of which: that the level of strategic vigilance and performance of the institution in question came to an average, and showed a statistically significant impact of strategic vigilance on the dimensions of strategic performance. The strategic vigilance variable (71.3%) of changes in the strategic performance level of the research institution was explained by the value of the determining factor R2. The study found several recommendations, the most important of which were:  Establishing and operationalizing the strategic vigilance system, which is of great importance in improving the institution's strategic and competitive performance and ensuring its survival in the following competitive conditions and technological and information developments.  The need to hold seminars and conferences on the topics of vigilance and strategic performance in order to promote the realities of work and avoid any negative impact on worken_US
