dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the impact of organizational communication in achieving job satisfaction in OURLAL Municipality. The target study population consisted of administrative workers in OURLAL Municipality, whose number is (52 employees). We also relied on the descriptive approach in processing this research to reach the results of the study, and to analyze the data, several statistical methods were relied on, including: descriptive statistical measures, regression analysis, multiple...etc. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the level of organizational communication and job satisfaction in the institution under study was medium, and it was found that there was a statistically significant effect of organizational communication on the dimensions of job satisfaction, as the organizational communication variable explained (78.7%) of the changes in the level of job satisfaction in the researched institution. Depending on the value of the coefficient of determination R2 The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: Encouraging employees to present their ideas and creating a coordinated organizational atmosphere dominated by the spirit of creativity and competition The administration tries to provide and satisfy the needs of the employees because it contributes to their stabilityen_US
