dc.description.abstract | The aim of the current study is to verify the existence of the role of strategic agility (strategic sensitivity, strategic responsiveness, core capabilities) in achieving competitive advantage in The National Corporation for Cables Industry _ Biskra ENICAB. To achieve the study objective, a descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis. A questionnaire tool consisting of 25 items measuring the study variables was designed and distributed, with 50 questionnaires administered to managers and employees, resulting in the retrieval of 45 completed questionnaires. After data revision and processing using SPSS software, the study revealed the presence of statistically significant relationships between strategic agility and competitive advantage | en_US |
