dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the perceptions of the researchers about the level of availability of strategic direction and social responsibility at Biskra University, and to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between them, and to achieve this, a questionnaire was prepared as the main tool for data collection. The target study community consisted of the University of Biskra (administrators and administrative professors), numbering (367). A random sample of this community was selected consisting of (70) professors. questionnaires were distributed to them through several field visits. (59) questionnaires were retrieved valid for statistical analysis. we relied on the descriptive approach in processing this research to reach the results of the study. to analyze the data, several statistical methods were adopted, including: descriptive statistics metrics and simple regression analysis...Etc. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant impact of the strategic orientation as a group in achieving social responsibility at the University of Biskra at a significant level (0.05= target), as (40%) of the changes in the level of social responsibility are due to changes in the level of interest in the strategic orientation, depending on the value of (R2). The study concluded with a number of suggestions, the most prominent of which are: work on adopting the strategic orientation approach as a way to develop social responsibility, as well as in order to improve the working climate and revive the spirit of cooperation and interdependence between the University and various stakeholders, it is necessary to commit to social responsibility, in addition to the need to explain and interpret the University's vision in a logical and convincing way that helps all employees within the university to understand and work within its framework as a path map clarifying the future of the University.en_US
