dc.description.abstractThe study investigates the impact of strategic alertness on achieving strategic success. It aims to develop a comprehensive theoretical and practical framework to determine the correlation between strategic alertness and strategic success. The research problem focuses on the role of strategic alertness in achieving strategic success at the Manbaa Ma'a Al-Qantara Water Company. The study's objective is to identify the contribution of strategic alertness in achieving strategic success. A survey was administered to all decision-makers at the company, and a purposive sample of 30 questionnaires was selected and analyzed using statistical methods and the SPSS.V26 program. The study reveals a positive relationship between strategic alertness and strategic success. The recommendations highlight the need to establish a strategic alertness team within the company and provide them with the necessary resources to achieve the company's objectives by providing strategic information that is critical to the company's success.en_US
