dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify the respondents' perceptions about the reality of knowledge management and strategic decision-making at the Biskariya Cement Corporation, and to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between them. To achieve this, we used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information from the informants. 79 questionnaires were distributed randomly among the foundation's frameworks through several field visits, and 44 questionnaires that are valid for statistical analysis were retrieved. In this study, we used the descriptive approach, and relied on several statistical methods to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics measures, analysis of variance for regression, and multiple linear regression...etc. The study reached a number of results, most notably the existence of a statistically significant effect of knowledge management in its various dimensions in making strategic decisions at the Biskariya Cement Corporation, and 58.9% of the changes in strategic decisions are caused by changes in knowledge management, and the most important suggestions of the study: Biskariya Cement Corporation should maximize its interest in diagnosing knowledge, raise the degree of decentralization in strategic decision-making, and enhance communication more between the various strategic decision-makers in the foundation | en_US |
