dc.description.abstract | The study came under the title (The Role of Strategic Thinking in Developing the Institution's Creative Capabilities), which is one of the approaches used to survive and adapt to the rapid changes in the work environment and achieve a competitive advantage in the market. The study sought to measure and analyze the correlation and impact relationships between strategic thinking as an independent variable and the sub-variables emanating from it, represented by (strategic intent, systemic perception, driving assumptions, thinking about time, smart opportunities), and the creative capabilities of the organization as a dependent variable through its components (absorptive capacity, adaptive capacity, thinking capacity). The objective of the study was manifested in two dimensions, the first of which was theoretical, and represented by presenting an intellectual framework for the subject of the study, and the second was field or applied, represented in studying and determining the impact of strategic thinking on the creative abilities of the Amouri Brotherhood. The study aimed to answer the questions, then crystallize the theoretical framework in the light of these questions, and formulate hypotheses that tested the relationships in connection and influence. Thirty-five questionnaires were analyzed for the Amouri brothers complex - the branch of the red wage in Biskra -, relying on the questionnaire as a tool for measurement, and using a number of statistical methods such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of determination R, percentages, and correlation coefficient. Data using SPSS. The results of testing, analyzing and interpreting hypotheses revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation and impact between strategic thinking and its sub-variables and the creative capabilities of the institution | en_US |
